I know how small businesses work! I started working in my parents tourism / lodging businesses at age 12 and spent many years growing up and taking the steps necessary to make these businesses successful.

I have three formal degrees (Mechanical Engineering, Metrology & Russian language) and have taught myself two programming languages (Visual Basic & C), HTML, CSS, ASP, Access, mySQL & SEO and I'm working on PHP.

On a personal level, I was always an avid outdoorsman, hunting, fishing and backpacking throughout my life. I was an alpine climber for nearly 20 years and have lead climbs up Mount Rainier and Mount Baker. I was also a snowshoe trip leader, taught avalanche rescue and led whitewater rafting trips down the New River and Gauley River. ~ David
